The moon-valley with its strange rock and salt formations, lies 15 km southwest of San Pedro hidden within the salt cordillera. We leave the ranch riding through a nice part of the Atacama Desert.

After climbing a big sand dune we continue on a small way, which is only accessible by horse or by foot. In a quiet pace - or a little faster if you wish it - we will ride through the amazing nature, formed by the erosion of the wind and water. You will feel like on another planet : The Moon.

Reaching the heart of the valley we will have a little break to enjoy the place and take some beautiful pictures. On the way back we will go through a stunning canyon.
