We are a small, personal company, which was created from our passion for horses. Having lived all our life here in San Pedro de Atacama our wish is to show and share with you the marvellous surprises, which can be found in this area - the colours during the different times of the day, the strange formations of sand, stone and salt, the hidden green valley with all their magic, and much more...

Our ranch "La Herradura" (the horseshoe) is situated at 1km outside of the village of San Pedro de Atacama in the "Ayllu" (oasis) of Yaye. We are located just there where the oasis finishes and the desert begins, where there's a lot of things to discover. Our ranch is a paradise, with large spaces for our horses and calmness, where everyone can relax, enjoy and discover nature.

We have been working for many years with international companies for individual horseback tours. We have more than 15 years experience in this kind of tourism and far more with horses. Breading them, training them as well as enjoying and discovering the desert on their backs. Our motivation is to let you experience, in a very personal way, a part of this driest desert of the world - to show you our roots and what is the real Atacama Desert.
